香港大学香港大学附属学院：牙科卫生护理高级文凭
香港大学香港大学附属学院开办的牙科卫生护理高级文凭课程，是修读2年的全日制高级文凭学位课程，学习范畴含括医科及护理科，此课程属于院校提供的非政府资助课程，学费约首年：港币 70,000
课程合计：港币 140,000，学生毕业后可以获颁资历架构级别4的牙科卫生护理高级文凭资格。该课程要求水平：入学条件：
[1] 香港中学文凭考试五科（包括中国语文、英国语文及生物科*）考获第二级或以上成绩。*组合科学（生物）考获第三级或以上成绩亦可视作符合要求。
申请人可以不多于两科应用学习科目申请报读课程。「达标并表现优异（II）」相等于香港中学文凭考试第四级或以上；「达标并表现优异（I）」相等于香港中学文凭考试第三级；「达标」相等于香港中学文凭考试第二级。
申请人如具牙科手术助理员工作经验或持有牙科手术助理员文凭，将获个别考虑。
应用学习中文（非华语学生适用）可作为中国语文科的资历。
如该五科的其中一科为「公民与社会发展」，其要求则是在该科取得「达标」成绩。
[2] 完成基础专上教育文凭课程。申请人如具牙科手术助理员工作经验或持有牙科手术助理员文凭，将获个别考虑。
[3] 应用教育文凭/毅进文凭课程毕业学员。申请人如具牙科手术助理员工作经验或持有牙科手术助理员文凭，将获个别考虑。
[4] 同等学历 本地或海外教育机构。学院亦会考虑同等学历（如：普通教育文凭高级程度考试、国际高级程度考试、学术能力评估测试、国际文凭大学预科课程）之申请。
申请人如具牙科手术助理员工作经验或持有牙科手术助理员文凭，将获个别考虑。
[5] 成年申请人年满21岁并具相关工作经验，学院亦会考虑其申请。申请人如具牙科手术助理员工作经验或持有牙科手术助理员文凭，将获个别考虑。。

| 备注 | Normal entry requirement: [1] Level 2 or above in five subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language and Biology*) in HKDSE Examination.. *Level 3 or above in Combined Science (Biology) is also acceptable. Applicants are allowed to use not more than two Applied Learning (ApL) subjects in the application. The recognition of the ApL subjects is that “Attained with Distinction (II)” is deemed equivalent to Level 4 or above in the HKDSE Examination; “Attained with Distinction (I)” is deemed equivalent to Level 3 in the HKDSE Examination; and “Attained” is deemed equivalent to Level 2 in the HKDSE Examination. Special consideration may be given to applicants with work experience in dental clinics and/or are holders of a Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting or have an equivalent qualification ApL Chinese (for non-Chinese speaking students) would be accepted as an alternative Chinese Language qualification. If one of the five HKDSE subjects is Citizenship and Social Development, the requirement will be “Attained” for the subject. [2] A recognized Diploma in Foundation Studies qualification. Special consideration may be given to applicants with work experience in dental clinics and/or are holders of a Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting or have an equivalent qualification. [3] Graduate of Diploma of Applied Education/ Diploma Yi Jin/ Yi Jin Diploma. Special consideration may be given to applicants with work experience in dental clinics and/or are holders of a Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting or have an equivalent qualification [4] Equivalent qualifications Local or Overseas institutions. Equivalent qualifications (e.g. GCE A-level, International A-level, IB Diploma, SAT) will be considered by the College Special consideration may be given to applicants with work experience in dental clinics and/or are holders of a Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting or have an equivalent qualification [5] Mature applicants aged 21 or above with relevant working experience will be considered on individual merit..
