香港红十字会玛嘉烈戴麟趾学校（Hong Kong Red Cross Margaret Trench School）是位于黄大仙区的一间肢体伤残儿童学校特殊学校，学校面积5500平方米(5500 square meter)，属于男女校，学生人数100，该校办学宗旨是本著红十字人道精神，关怀身体弱能及伤病学童，提供全人教育，培养其尊重生命的价值，俾能克服困难，尽展潜能，建立尊严及自信心，融入社群，达致丰盛人生，对社会作出贡献。
Based on the Red Cross Principle of Humanity, we care for students with physical disabilities and sickness by providing them with holistic education and fostering the value of respecting life. We aim at helping them overcome difficulties, developing potentials, enhancing sense of dignity, building up self-confidence, and integrating into the community, thus enabling them to attain a fruitful life and contribute to the society.

香港红十字会玛嘉烈戴麟趾学校创立于1973年9月，学校没有宗教背景，校长是秦志伟先生，校监是罗荣新先生。

在师资方面，香港红十字会玛嘉烈戴麟趾学校全校教师总人数为29人，其中拥有基本师资训练资格有29人、特殊教育训练资格有21人、领有学士29人、硕士20人、博士或以上学历 0人。

而在专业人员方面，全校专业人员总数为93.2, 当中言语治疗师3人、职业治疗师4人、物理治疗师2人、社工2人、教育心理学家0.2人、护士2人、技师2人、职业治疗助理4人、实验室技术员1人、物理治疗助理2人, 其他专业42人。

香港红十字会玛嘉烈戴麟趾学校的班级结构分为2级别，分别是小学、中学。小学班级结构是小一1班，小二1班，小三1班，小四1班，小五1班，小六1班。中学班级结构是中一1班，中二1班，中三1班，中四1班，中五1班，中六1班。总计全校共开12班。

本学年，学校获批开办中小学共12班，分成14组。

学校设施方面，学校校舍面积5500平方米，属千禧校舍的设计。学校设有课室10间，小组教学室2间，特别室6间；分别为家政室、视觉艺术室、综合科学实验室、电脑室、音乐室、多媒体学习室及其他学习经历资源室，配合课程的需要。提供辅助医疗服务的特别室包括职业治疗室、物理治疗室、言语治疗室、护理室、社工室、教育心理服务室及生活自理室。学校已建设感觉统合室及多感官室，加强对多种弱能学童的感知训练。学校还设有图书馆、玩具资源室、家长资源室、教具资源室、多用途室、学生活动室、礼堂、有盖操场、游乐场及足球场，为学生提供理想的学习环境。为加强培养学生的演说能力，学校设置校园电视台。学校积极推动环保教育，已设置了玻璃温室及栽种园地。学校配备三辆校车及外聘复康巴士服务，接载学生往返学校。Area：5500 square meterFacilities：10 classrooms and 6 special rooms including Home Economics Room, Visual Art Room, Integrated Science Room, Computer Room, Music Room, Computer Assisted Learning Room cum Other Learning Experience Resource Room. 香港红十字会玛嘉烈戴麟趾学校属于津贴学校，学费全免。
其他收费：学校学费全免。收费项目只有校车车费、膳食费(每餐$20)、书簿及影印等杂费。活动费$260No School Fee is needed. Other charges are as follows:(A) Lunch Box ArrangementThe price of each lunch box is HK$20 .(B) School Bus ArrangementFor school bus services, it depends on the the districts where students live. For activities, in 2020/21 year school year, it is HK$260.

本校開設7條校車線，為港島及九龍各區以至將軍澳區學生提供校車接送服務。所有校車線均安排跟車褓姆，沿途照顧學生。校車上設有升降台及輪椅鎖，適合坐輪椅的學生使用。寄宿學生由校車接送往返宿舍。 School buses provide transportation services for students on Hong Kong Island, as well as in Kowloon and Tseung Kwan O.
